We started Nairobi Repair Center to solve a simple problem: getting a broken appliance fixed shouldn't mean days of uncertainty. Today we repair washing machines, fridges, cookers and five other appliance categories for homes and businesses across the city.
Our story
Built around one idea: fix it properly, the first time.
Nairobi Repair Center began as a small team of technicians responding to callouts across the city, frustrated by how often "quick fixes" broke down again within weeks. We built our process around proper diagnosis first — understanding exactly what has failed before any part is touched — so repairs hold up long after we've left.
That approach has grown into a full appliance repair service covering washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, fridges, ovens, tumble dryers, water dispensers and vacuum cleaners, serving households, landlords, restaurants and offices across Nairobi and nearby areas.
